.444 Marlin - Black & grey shader
The
.444 Marlin is one of the more popular Hildbrandt tattoo machines.
It comes standard with our 2008 and later Hildbrandt kits. For some
reason a lot of people from Czechoslovakia like this model, not sure
why. It was featured in a Czechoslovakian tattoo magazine in
February of 2008. Some artists find that it tunes better as a liner
due to the high position of the top binding post. The twin frame
of the .444 Marlin is the .38 Calibre.

.44 Magnum - Color shader
The .44 Magnum is
well known because it used to be one of the standard machines for
our Hildbrandt kits. It can be tuned for any job but many artists
finds it tunes better as a shader because of its low top binding
post. Its twin frame design is the .357 Magnum

Our .38 Calibre has
been living in the shadow of its twin frame design, the popular
chromed frame .444 Marlin. The .38 Calibre is one of the standard
tattoo machines that come with the Hildbrandt kits. People like to
tune it as a liner but it is perfectly comfortable being tuned for
shading as well.
