Chuck Rush of Mad Monkey Tattoos shared some pics of tattoos he’s done using the Hildbrandt Silencer rotary tattoo machine last week and we just had to do a blog post on them. Chuck hails from Port Huron, born and raised. He has been tattooing since the early nineties. He has an art major from St. Clair Community College, judging by the scale and depth of his work, it was a really applicable field of study for him.
I think its great that a professional artist takes the time to study in art to better hone his abilities. It really helps for understanding depth, shading and perspective. Chuck has tattooed all over the USA in places like Detroit, Jax Beach Florida and his native Port Huron. I would like to thank Chuck for providing us these pics to post, if you happen to have more, do not hesitate to send them over! Be sure to checkout Chuck Rush’s Myspace page.
A nice looking black and grey of a girl with roses. I think this one looks a bit bare, would love to see some color in there!
Leopard sitting lazily on a tree.
I think this is a girl being eaten alive? Creepy stuff!
Not a damn thing wrong with those flowers, I really like the color!
